Do you have any showroom or retail store?
KennynElvis is only an online store with delivery service. You can simply buy what you want anywhere anytime online. Through our certificated payment gateway, you just choose your favorite furniture and you will receive your delivery at home fast and safe. We are not only save your time on queuing, but also save trouble from price comparison between shops.
How do I track my order?
To view the status of your order, simply log in to your KennynElvis.com account and click “Orders”. Then, select the order you want to review. Your Delivery Document will show you which items you have ordered and the status of delivery.
How can I cancel the order?
In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service Team (firstname.lastname@example.org) at least 24 hours prior to your delivery date and we will promptly refund into your credit card. Once an order begins the shipment process we’re unable to cancel it. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
How to edit my order once it have been placed?

Are the colors on the site accurate?

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is FREE for orders over $100 in United Stated. (A delivery fee may apply to remote locations.) Shipping costs are calculated individually for each order based on the number and weight of items in your order, as well as the shipping method chosen and the destination. Therefore, the price displayed on product information pages does not include shipping. To estimate shipping cost for any product item(s): 1. Please click the “Add to Cart “button on the item’s product information page. You will be then taken to your Shopping Cart page. 2. Then choose the destination and shipping method, you can view the total shipping costs for the items in your cart. 3. You can also access your shopping cart at any time by clicking My Cart at the top of every page. Note: Adding an item to your shopping cart puts you under no obligation to order. If you do not want to order any item after viewing estimated shipping costs, just click the remove button to remove the items in the shopping cart.
How long will my order be delivered?

Can I change my delivery date?

I live outside your delivery area. Can I still order?
We want to help you for delivery even if you don’t live in one of our delivery areas. Pls contact our Customer Service Team (firstname.lastname@example.org) to place your order and we will work with the best freight forwarding companies to get your order to you. Please note that the product warranty is null and void once an order is delivered to a freight location.

What if my product arrives damaged?
We try our best to ensure that all furniture is produced perfectly and according to the willingness of our customers. Upon the package’s arrival, we encourage you to check it/them as soon as possible. In the factory line, we’ll check every detail of the product for you, and make sure the related tools are included. Our QC department will re-check the furniture you ordered is correctly before they are packed and sent to you. This is in addition to the normal quality assurance checks that all the details have passed in the factory line. Our delivery teams treat your order with care so it can arrive in the best condition possible, but if there is any visible damage on the product or to your home during the delivery process, please contact Customer Service Team (email@example.com) within 72 hours of the delivery so we can try to repair or replace the damaged item as soon as possible.
Can I return order?
You can return normal products within 7 days of delivery by simply calling or emailing our Customer Service Team (firstname.lastname@example.org). Your refund will exclude delivery fees and a restocking fee and can only be made if the merchandise is in “as-new” condition. If your order was free delivery, the original outbound delivery cost will be deducted from your refund. Non-returnable items: Special Order items Discount items Assembled and/or Modified items.
